Ariake Japan manufactures and sells natural seasonings for business use, with ingredients derived from livestock: primarily chicken, pork and beef.

Major sale destinations consist of instant noodle manufacturers, food-processing companies, food-service industry, and exports. Our products are used as the soup base for instant noodle manufacturers, the sauce base, soup stock, and Japanese-style soup in Western, Chinese, and Japanese food for hotel restaurants, and for curry roux or ham/sausage in the processed food sector.

Super Bouillon 21 series
“Super Bouillon 21 Series” is a revolutionary soup stock that can be used to easily replicate authentic bouillon made by first class chefs. This product is the result of combining carefully selected ingredients with the accomplishments of our 10 years of research.


Gourmet Royal Aseptic Series
These products offer simple ways to skillfully create and enjoy the flavorful taste of chicken bouillon, sauce demi-glace, fonds de veau and sauce americaine. The aseptic (sterile packaging) products only incur at most one-tenth the damage from heating, compared to conventional methods. For this reason, its flavor is comparable with frozen foods. Furthermore, since they can be stored at room temperature, they require no freezer space. This saves energy when storing and transporting, making them products that are friendly to the environment.


Demi-glace Sauce GS
This delicious and rich sauce is created by bringing out the maximum flavor of beef as the basis of delicious taste. Using our original brown roux, this product has easy to use viscosity (concentration), and the use of seasonings is minimized. This “retort pouch product” can be stored at room temperature, while using absolutely no preservatives.
